At Infinity Glow AI, we are committed to providing high-quality AI receptionist and automation services for small businesses across the United States. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and service issues.

1️⃣ Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

After cancellation, your AI services will remain active until the end of the paid period.

2️⃣ Refunds

No Partial Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial months.

Service Issues: If the AI service is not working due to a technical fault on our side, we will provide a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

Refunds for annual subscriptions are pro-rated based on unused months.

3️⃣ Service Guarantee

We aim to provide reliable 24/7 AI call handling and appointment booking. If you experience extended downtime (>48 hours) caused by our system, you may be eligible for a service credit.

Credits are calculated based on the downtime duration relative to your monthly subscription.

Credits may be applied to your next billing cycle.

4️⃣ Limitations

Refunds or credits are not provided for issues caused by:

  • Your internet connection or network
  • Misconfiguration of your calendar or CRM integration
  • Third-party apps or phone providers outside our control

5️⃣ How to Request a Refund or Credit

To request a refund or service credit:

  • Contact support at the email below
  • Provide your account details and a description of the issue
  • Our team will review and respond within 5 business days

6️⃣ Modifications to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The most recent version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
